When do I get paid?

You're paid when the card is sold, not when it's spent. Funds settle to your Dowo wallet minus commission, with a statement for every period.

What if a card expires unused?

Unredeemed balances after expiry are handled under the breakage terms in your Dowoly agreement. You'll see breakage in your gift card dashboard.

Can I sell at my counter too?

Yes. Issue a gift card at the Dowo POS for walk-in buyers and print it or send it by SMS. It behaves exactly like a card bought online.

Can I limit cards to some branches?

Yes. In gift card settings, choose the branches where cards are valid. Customers see the list before they buy.
