What we collect
Your name, phone number and email; recipients' contact details you give us; order and payment references (never your full card number or MoMo PIN); device information for security; and how you use our services.
Why
To deliver gifts, process payments through licensed providers, keep cards recoverable, prevent fraud, and, only with your consent, send you offers.
Sharing
We share what's needed with the issuing merchant and Dowo Africa (to issue and redeem cards), payment providers, messaging providers (WhatsApp, SMS, email) and Apple or Google when you add a Wallet pass.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. Use Account → Settings, or write to privacy@dowoly.com.
