Do I need an app?
No. Open the gift link and add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The app is optional for managing all your cards.
How do I use my gift card?
Show the QR code from your Wallet or the app at the till. The cashier scans it on Dowo POS.
Can I spend it in parts?
Yes. The balance updates in your Wallet after every purchase.
How long is it valid?
12 months from purchase unless the business states otherwise. We remind you 30 and 7 days before expiry.
I lost my link or phone.
Log in with the phone number or email it was sent to and it's in your account. Cards can be re-issued to a new device.
