Terms of use

Who we are

Dowoly operates the website dowoly.com and the Dowoly apps, a marketplace for gift cards issued by participating businesses that use Dowo Africa.

Your account

You can buy as a guest or sign in with your phone number, email, Apple or Google. You're responsible for keeping access to your phone and email secure.

We verify phone numbers by one-time code. Never share that code with anyone, including people claiming to be from Dowoly.

Acceptable use

Don't use Dowoly for fraud, money laundering, reselling cards in bulk without our agreement, or sending messages, photos or videos that are abusive or unlawful. We moderate media and may block content or accounts.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
